Our bi-lingual team not only help bridge the language barrier, but also manage the idiosyncrasies of the local market.

For sellers, we do our utmost to cover the international market, having access to a database of overseas clients. We advertise properties not just through our website, but also by using a varied network of contacts and media.

For buyers, we look for properties in line with their requirements, searching for and offering carefully vetted properties and assistance throughout the whole acquisition process. We specialise in helping foreign clients with our knowledge of both the foreign and local markets.

We are members of the Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents (FIAIP) and are registered with the Rome Chamber of Commerce.

We are a member of the Knight Frank Italian Network and their appointed representative in Rome and Lazio.
